Jenni and Jesse, a youthful couple hailing from San Francisco, embarked on their kitchen redesign project with us in September 2017. Under the guidance of Catrina, our design lead, we collaborated with our esteemed vendors to orchestrate a seamless execution of their vision.

The initial remodel proved to be an outstanding success, showcasing a remarkable transformation that underscored the dedication and diligent efforts invested in the project.

Fast-forwarding two years, our clients extended an invitation for Catrina to revisit their property and reimagine the lower level. Originally housing a compact office, bathroom, laundry, and storage area, this space presented an opportunity for a contemporary overhaul. This endeavor allowed us to significantly enhance this integral part of their residence, culminating in the creation of a lavish primary suite complete with a cozy fireplace and an expansive, indulgent primary bathroom.

Shortly after completing the demolition phase, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic presented unprecedented challenges. The commendable commitment of both the clients and the general contractor played a pivotal role in navigating these trying times, ensuring the project adhered to its schedule.

Earlier this year, Jenni and Jesse enlisted LOCZI for another creative venture. This time, the focus was on revitalizing their guest bathroom, crafting a bespoke bar for entertaining guests, and refreshing the beloved "Tahoe Room."

The guest bathroom's whimsical tile pattern holds a special place in Catrina’s heart as one of her favorite designs.

Over the past seven years, our journey alongside Jenni and Jesse has been truly extraordinary. Their trust holds immense significance for us, and we deeply cherish it. We sincerely aspire to explore another opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the remaining spaces in their home.
